We meet and assess your needs and your level, set goals and timing and decide on a course of action.
During our sessions we utilise role plays, real life material, explore cross-cultural issues and aspects of the social life always focusing on the client’s needs.
Each session you receive a feedback sheet that charts your progress, weak points an provide you with tasks and advice on how to further progress.
We can also organise One Day Fluency Workshops for group of friends traveling together, companies, etc.

What the client needed
The client felt confident when communicating in English via email, and in work-related situations. Talking in a social context caused them anxiety, as they felt they were lacking in self-confidence. Also they worried that their natural responses to social situations could be inadequate in a different culture.
What we achieved
- Need assessment meeting (via Skype): the client explained context, needs, objectives and the time they estimated to dedicate to reach their objectives.
- We created a personalized program which the client validated. We agreed on 5 1h sessions, focusing on traveling situations, socializing in the US, small talk.
- At the end of each session the client received a feedback sheet detailing their progress, weak points, advice on how to improve and tasks for the next sessions.
- A final 30min. feedback session after the client returned from their trip.
